Collagen Hybridizing Peptides (CHPs) directly target damaged collagen, used to study fibrotic and inflammatory conditions. In Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC), CHPs have been used to selectively identify damaged collagen across all stages of a clinical array, including metastases. CHPs can also target tumor tissue in mouse models with PDAC xenografts.
